The Ultimate Family Plan – Four Steps to Successful Estate Stewardship.

Sunday, January 25, 2026 at 12:15 in the West Lobby Classroom

A Monumental Year!

This year marks some big things in the history of our nation.  First, on July 4 we’ll celebrate 250 years since the Declaration of Independence.  We didn’t personally experience that event.  But we all have our own special memories of September 11, 2001.  This year marks the 25th anniversary of the attacks in New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC.

The marking of these events reminds us that time passes, that life brings change – sometimes cataclysmic in nature – and that all that is sure is this day and God’s love for us.

As we start 2026, if you’re thinking of things you would like to remember, to accomplish, or at least explore – consider adding the creation or updating of your estate plan to your list.  Then, please join us on Sunday, January 25 in the West Lobby Classroom at 12:15pm.  The session will be led by our longtime partner for estate and generosity planning, David Duncan.

We’re going to meet for an hour or so, and go over the creation of The Ultimate Family Plan – Four Steps to Successful Estate Stewardship.

Who Should Attend:

  • Single Adults – Yes, you need a plan for several crucial reasons – come learn what they are.
  • Couples with No Children – Marriage brings the need for specific planning strategies – have you addressed them?
  • Parents with Minor Children – the #1 reason you need a plan is the guardianship of your minor children.
  • Adults in Transition – if you no longer have minor children, have a change in marital status, or are contemplating retirement, this workshop will provide you with vital information for your plan.
  • Senior Adults – Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney – do you have them and are they up to date?
