Plan your publication strategy as far in advance as possible.
Due to space and time restrictions, we advise all Ministry Leaders to plan their communication strategy for publications at least 8 weeks before the event*.
*Events that require recruitment of volunteers or early registration deadlines should be submitted earlier than 8 weeks to provide adequate publication time for recruitment and registrations. If you have questions about this, please contact the Communication Team.
Your publication may not be approved if you do not plan your strategy effectively. If there are any changes to your event date or information after you submit the Publication Request Form, please inform the Communication Team.
The Communication Team will work with Ministry Leaders, but ultimately we will make the decisions on which publication methods will be used to promote events.
In order to produce quality products and maintain clear communication, it is required that all requests be submitted by the 8-week deadline to guarantee publication. If you have professionally pre-made products, they still must be approved by the Communication Team first.
Graphics and publications are created within the church office. The Communications Team will make the decisions on what publication methods are necessary for each request.

Pre-Service Announcement Slides
The Communication Team will determine which events are promoted with Video Announcements on Sunday mornings.
If you would like to request a video to share with your ministry, let us know in the Additional Information space on the Publication Request Form.
If you need to make a change to your Ministry Page unrelated to an event, let us know in the Additional Information space on the Publication Request Form or contact our Web Administrator. Please allow 14 days lead time for your changes to be made.
Ministry Page changes and updates can be requested at any time. If you are a Ministry Leader, it is your responsibility to keep your page content up to date. Pages will be evaluated regularly for relevance and viability. New Ministry Pages must be approved by Pastoral Staff.
At no time can the design of the Broadway Christian Church logo be altered. That includes changing the fonts, colors, or graphics the logo utilizes. The logo utilizes PMS colors PMS 301 C for the Blue (Approx. RGB 0, 91, 153) and PMS 462 C for the Brown (Approx. RGB 91, 71, 35). The font used is Eurostile.
If you need a digital copy of the BCC logo, please contact our A/V Administrator.
The BCC logo must be displayed on items intended for external distribution or consumption.
Furthermore, all mass production of any items intended for sale or external distribution or consumption need to be approved by the First Impressions Director and Business Director prior to order and/or distribution.
