Life is hard. Sometimes hurt from the past and struggles today can feel like too much to bear. But Jesus is here. He’s with us, and He wants to help us.

On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” (Mark 2:17)

These are the Recovery Ministries at BCC:

Celebrate Recovery (CR) is a balanced program that helps us overcome hurts, habits, and hang-ups. At the core of this ministry are the 12 steps and their Biblical comparisons.

At BCC, we meet on Thursdays at 6:30pm in the Family Life Center. We begin with a meal, followed by large group worship. Then we go into small groups, and end with Solid Rock Cafe.

Learn more about the program at celebraterecovery.com. For more info on CR at BCC, contact John Klundt at jklundt@bccmesa.com.

Celebrate Recovery advocates for widespread access to overdose education and training in how to administer Narcan, a life-saving antidote for opioid overdose. Be part of life change in this class. We will be meeting on Sunday, October 13th in the South Lobby Classroom at 1pm.

Parents/Partners of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) meets on Thursdays at 7pm in the West Lobby Classroom. Many issues arise from loving someone who has an addiction. PAL is about coming together to educate, support, and help each other through it all. Learn more about the program at palgroup.org. For more info on PAL at BCC, contact PAL Facilitator Marilyn Smith at (480) 359-0061.

AA and Al-Anon meetings are held on our campus weekly. Please call the Church Office at (480) 981-0802 for more information.
